Return & Refund Policy
Introduction
At Piel Beauty Media Group, we believe in providing you with an exceptional shopping experience every time you visit our shop. However, we understand that sometimes, you may wish to return items you’ve purchased. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for items bought on Piel Beauty, on behalf of our esteemed sellers. We also specify situations where returns or refunds may not be applicable.
Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we cannot accept returns beyond this period for any reason whatsoever. Here are the reasons you may return items purchased on Piel Beauty:
– *Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly accept a return and issue a refund.
– *Damaged or Defective Item: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you’re entitled to a return and refund.
– *Fake or Inauthentic Item: We take product authenticity seriously. If you receive a fake or inauthentic item, you can return it for a full refund.
– *Change of Mind: For most items, if you change your mind after purchase, we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Please note that certain product categories, such as health and hygiene items or perishables, cannot be returned due to safety reasons.
Customized Items:
Customized items hold a special place in your heart, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for them unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered. We want your personalized products to be perfect, and we’ll work with you to make things right if there’s an issue.
Items Damaged After Delivery:
Once your item is delivered in pristine condition, we cannot accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery. Additionally, certain product categories like clothing and consumables do not qualify for returns if they become defective after delivery.
Packaging Returns:
When returning an item, please ensure it’s in the exact condition as when you received it, including its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Your returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so make sure it’s packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit.
Please don’t include any other items unrelated to the return in the package. It’s vital to delete any personal data associated with the item and disconnect any associated accounts to protect your privacy. We value your trust and privacy, and any data breach resulting from unremoved personal information will not be the responsibility of Piel Beauty.
Refunds
If we accept your return or if you don’t receive an item you ordered, we strive to refund the purchase price within the specified return timeline. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, we’ll also refund the full cost of delivery once your return is processed.
If the return is not due to a mistake on Piel Beauty’s part (e.g., if you changed your mind or the size doesn’t fit as expected), the refund won’t include the delivery fees. The refund request form will indicate the available payment methods for receiving your refunds.
Rejected Returns and Forfeiture:
Upon receiving your returned item, we’ll thoroughly inspect it to verify the provided return reasons. If your return request isn’t approved, we regret that you won’t receive a refund for the purchase price or the delivery fees. We’ll make two attempts to redeliver within three business days.
If both re-delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we’ll notify you, holding the item for an additional 30 days from the initial notification date. You’ll receive details about the pick-up location and opening hours.
Please collect the item within the stipulated period to avoid forfeiture. Failure to do so will result in the item becoming Piel Beauty’s property, and we may dispose of it responsibly through sale, donation, recycling, or destruction.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email our friendly customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely place the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail the return to the following address:

Please Note:
– Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
– The product must be in its original condition.
– If the parcel is open or unsealed, kindly do not accept it.
– You can ship the return using any courier service.
– Returns are only possible for unopened products.
